Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- Dispatch Times: In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of receiving cleared payment. All consignments are shipped via The Pallet Network (TPN) or an equivalent trusted courier or our on vehicles.
- Shipping Costs: Delivery charges include handling, packaging, and transport. If you require AM timed delivery, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm arrangements.
- Risk & Care: While every effort is made to ensure your goods are securely packaged, all consignments are dispatched at the buyer’s risk.
- Tracking & Proof of Delivery: A tracking number is available on request. All deliveries require a signature upon drop-off as proof of receipt.
- Inspection of Goods: Customers are required to inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Please note that unchecked goods cannot be claimed for at a later stage.
Returns
- Unopened Goods: New, unopened goods may be returned subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee.
- Opened but Unused Goods: Where goods have been unpacked but remain unused, a 50% restocking and handling fee applies.
- Used Goods: Goods that have been opened and used are not eligible for return.
- Return Window: No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Damaged Goods: Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and the goods returned to us within 3 working days for inspection and resolution.
Kings Catering & Refrigeration Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or cancel any return request in circumstances deemed inappropriate, abusive, or otherwise unreasonable.
